Delete your account & data

You can ask us to permanently delete your Capital Fleet Tracker account and all data associated with it. Here’s how.

How to request deletion

Send an email to support@capitalfleettracker.com from the email address associated with your account.

Use the subject line “Delete My Account” and include the email address you use to sign in, so we can locate your account.

We’ll confirm your identity, process the deletion, and email you once it’s complete.

What gets deleted

When you request deletion, we remove the data tied to your account, including:

Timing & retention

Account and associated data are deleted within 30 days of a verified request. Copies held in routine encrypted backups are purged within a further 30 days.

We may retain a limited subset of information where we are required to by law (for example, records needed for tax or accounting obligations), and only for as long as that obligation requires. Everything else is permanently removed.
