You can ask us to permanently delete your Capital Fleet Tracker account and all data associated with it. Here’s how.
Send an email to support@capitalfleettracker.com from the email address associated with your account.
Use the subject line “Delete My Account” and include the email address you use to sign in, so we can locate your account.
We’ll confirm your identity, process the deletion, and email you once it’s complete.
When you request deletion, we remove the data tied to your account, including:
Account and associated data are deleted within 30 days of a verified request. Copies held in routine encrypted backups are purged within a further 30 days.
