Turn your repair records into a subscription pitch

This tool works best when you keep receipts or have a way to look up a customer's past repairs. Enter what you've serviced, generate a clean maintenance report, hand it to them, and use it to pitch ongoing tracking — so the next service comes back to you.

How this works

1 Pull your records

Best if you keep receipts or a service history. The more past repairs you enter (the part and the odometer reading at that service), the sharper the report.

2 Generate the report

We project each part's remaining life from the work you've done and flag what's due, overdue, or never recorded. Print it or hand it over on screen.

3 Pitch the subscription

Show them how Capital Fleet Tracker keeps this current automatically — and that they can stay with your shop for the work. The report does the selling for you.

No receipts on hand? You can still enter the services you remember — anything left blank simply shows as "no record, recommend inspection," which is itself a reason to get them tracking.

Known past services / receipts

Pull from your receipts or service history. For each repair, pick the part and enter the odometer reading at that service (date and cost are optional). The more you add, the more accurate the projection — anything you leave out shows as "no record, recommend inspection."
