Android tester signups

People who submitted their email from the website to join the Android closed test. Copy the new emails, add them in Play Console → Testing → Closed testing → your track → Testers, then mark each one "added" here so you know who's already in. Once added in Play Console, email the person your opt-in link so they can install.

The flow: they submit their email here → you add the email to the Play Console tester list → you send them the opt-in link → they accept and install → they create their account inside the app (not on the website).

Referral partner applications

People who applied to become a referral partner from the website. Review each one, then Approve to create their referral code and assign their role in one step (it reuses the same code-creation and role tools below), or Decline. If the person hasn't created an account yet, the code is still made — you can assign the role later once their account exists.

Fleet discount requests

Customers requesting volume pricing for larger fleets. Approve with a discount fraction (0 to 1, e.g. 0.10 for 10%) or decline.

(Re)build the view-only showcase logins — customer, mechanic, partner, plus 39 industry demos spanning construction & trades, automotive, transport, public sector, and industrial/marine/aviation (incl. roofing, concrete, junk removal, county gov, power linemen, logging, mining, marina, shipyard, airport) — with trucks, vans & hour-metered equipment. GPS access (test GPS data)

Grant the gps role so an account can open the GPS map & data page and see every reporting vehicle (the data the tracking code publishes). This is independent of their mechanic/partner/admin role. Customers don't need this — they reach their own vehicles' map automatically when a vehicle has the GPS add-on.

QuickBooks payments

One-time connection of the website's billing to your QuickBooks Online company. The Intuit app credentials must be configured first (see QUICKBOOKS_SETUP.md). Click Connect, approve in the QuickBooks tab, then come back and Check status. After connecting, customer subscriptions are charged through QuickBooks Autopay.

Create referral codes, enable or disable existing codes, and assign mechanic, partner, or admin roles on the dedicated management page.

Delete or reset a user

This permanently removes data and cannot be undone. "Reset data" wipes a user's vehicles, parts, service history, reports, and shares but keeps their login. "Delete account" also removes their login entirely. You must type the user's email again to confirm. You cannot delete your own account here.

Flagged parts (review log)

Master log of part flags. Unmatched = a customer logged service for a part not in their list; Doesn't fit = a customer said a tracked part doesn't make sense for that vehicle/equipment. Mark handled when reviewed, or delete the entry on request.
