Capital Fleet Tracker provides predictive vehicle maintenance forecasts and guidance. The platform does not perform repairs, inspect vehicles, or replace the judgment of a qualified mechanic.
All maintenance forecasts and alerts are estimates derived from data and statistical models. They are not guarantees. Vehicles may experience component failure earlier or later than predicted due to factors outside our model, including manufacturing defects, accidents, environmental conditions, and owner behavior.
Capital Fleet Tracker is not a substitute for routine professional inspection. We strongly encourage all customers to maintain regular service appointments with qualified mechanics and to follow manufacturer recommended maintenance schedules.
We are not responsible for vehicle breakdowns, repair costs, downtime, lost revenue, accidents, injuries, or other damages arising from mechanical failure, whether or not such failure was forecasted by the platform.
If you use an OBD-II device sold or recommended by us, you do so at your own risk. We are not responsible for any damage caused by improper installation or device malfunction.
If you use third party mechanic, insurance, or parts services connected to our platform, those services are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for the actions or performance of any third party.
By using Capital Fleet Tracker, you acknowledge that operating any motor vehicle carries inherent risk and that no software platform can eliminate that risk.
